AccessCare's Dr. Sonya Noor and other experts in the field of vascular surgery from the US and around the world attended the Senior Medical Council for Boston Scientific, providing insight into the state of Peripheral Intervention technologies and devices.
From Dr. Sonya Noor:
Does anyone like criticism? Well, not really, but none of us are perfect and change is essential to be successful. This is the Senior Medical Council for Boston Scientific, PI. with our hosts Jeff Mirviss and Dr. Michael Jaff. We were asked to give our honest feedback last week (which believe me, we did) in a trusting, respectful environment over a day of discussions of the state of PI (Peripheral Interventions) new technologies and devices. The face of this advisory group is fresh(some are new to this role) varied (academic, employed, community practice), multi specialty (IC, IR,VS), global ( European and US) docs, all together in true partnership to advance science and medicine. So feedback is good, feedback from a group like this can be eye opening, and may not be what you want to hear. But we were heard, understood, and look forward the the future together! Thank You BSC!
