We recognize the Corona Virus Pandemic and our patient’s safety is our priority. To provide our vascular patients with continued service, our facility is open. We are taking proper measures and precautions to ensure the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff.
We are asking patients the following questions:
Have you or anyone you have been in contact with had a fever, cough and/or sore throat in the past few weeks?
In addition, we are checking the temperature daily of each individual as well as staff upon arrival. We are also taking measures to reduce the traffic in our facility as well. We believe we will get through this difficult time. Wishing you and your family continued health.
