Effective February 15th 2026, Access Care Vascular and Wound Health will no longer accept UnitedHealthcare (UHC) plans that require UHC network participation, including UHC Medicare Advantage, AARP Medicare Advantage, and UMR plans. 

We will continue to accept Medicare and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans, including AARP Medigap, as well as Empire plans. 

Because insurance coverage can vary by plan type, we encourage you to contact our office at 716-859-3301 with any questions or to confirm whether we accept your specific insurance plan, and ask to speak with our Insurance and Authorizations Department. Our team is happy to help.
