On a beautiful spring Saturday we witnessed our community gather to learn more about vascular disease at the Western New York Vascular Society Annual Meeting 2025!

We had physicians presenting from Catholics, Kaleida, North and South Towns on various topics. From our practice we had Dr. Noor, who took the stage with an insightful talk on Carotid Artery Disease, diving into the latest breakthroughs in treatment and prevention. Carotid Artery Disease is significant plaque buildup in the carotid arteries resulting in risk of having a stroke. Meanwhile, Dr. Bird wowed the crowd with a deep dive into Chronic Mesenteric Ischemia, sharing game-changing strategies for diagnosis and management. Chronic Mesenteric Ischemia is significant plaque in two of the three major blood vessels in the intestines resulting in severe abdominal pain 2-3 hours after eating and weight loss.
