Stephanie McGown is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience in emergency and critical care medicine. She began her nursing career in 2016 after earning her nursing degree from Alfred State College (SUNY), where she developed a strong clinical foundation caring for a diverse range of complex and critically ill patients.
Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Daemen University and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her advanced clinical training included primary care, cardiology, long-term care, and palliative medicine, providing her with a well-rounded approach to caring for adult and older adult patients.
At Buffalo Endovascular & Vascular Surgical Associates, Stephanie works alongside Dr. Noor and Dr. Bird as part of a collaborative team providing care in vascular medicine, wound management, and hyperbaric medicine. Her approach is centered on individualized, patient-focused care and the development of strong, trusting relationships with her patients. Originally from New York’s Finger Lakes region, Stephanie was drawn to Buffalo in part by her love for the Buffalo Bills and has since made Western New York home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Luna and Thor. She also enjoys cooking and can often be found in the kitchen trying a new recipe or cooking for family and friends.
