AccessCare Vascular is a one story building located in the Sheridan-Harlem Plaza next to 7-11. We are located right off of the Harlem Road 290 Exit, allowing for less than a 30 minute commute from most locations in the Buffalo-Niagara region. We have free patient parking on the left side of our building.

Our staff can be reached by phone Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm. Please call us to make, change, or confirm an appointment. Our phone number can also be called for billing inquiries, to reach the clinical staff for each of our surgeons, and to talk to the vascular lab technicians about doppler appointments. After hours, please leave a message on our answering service. Phone calls after hours should be reserved for urgent issues. If this is an emergency please call 911. The best way to reach us is by phone, however, we also offer email communication which is checked and responded to daily by our staff.
